- The tutorial shows how to Convert Microsoft Forms responses with attachments to PDF.
In this example, the final PDF will be stored in a document library, but naturally, it can also be saved to Box, OneDrive, and any other platform supported by PowerApps and Power Automate (Flow).

Hi Clavin, great work, this tutorial was very helpful, one suggestion, the uploading and merging of files could have been a part 2 to this tutorial, versus having those steps introduced prior to "how to convert MS Forms to PDF attachment", which is why most folks clicked your video in the first place.
This works great! How would you edit this automation to support multiple questions that have attachments n the same form?

I have a few questions that allow users to attach photos, with each question permitting them to upload up to 3 photos. If needed, I'm open to changing this to just a single photo per question if the solution becomes too complex. What I'd like to achieve is to have all these photos presented in a tabular format, rather than on separate pages. Is it possible to achieve this?"

Is there a way to do this (merge documents) without using the Muhimbi function?(ie. a free mode work around)... My organisation is to risk averse to authorise the use of the third party addons

Is there a way to embed the form responses into an existing word document that would be filled automatically and created to a specific folder? And after it has been created send it back to the person who filled the form as an attachment? Thanks.

The Form response also returns you the "Responder email" - You use the email in the "Send to email" action and add it as an attachment.

I assume you have more than one Attachments Question in Forms? Is my understanding correct, if yes, you will need to append the attachments from another question to the array.

You will need to manage the conditions in your Power Automate. If you are using Muhimbi Connector please send an email to support@muhimbi.com.
where did you get the HTML details from in step 5

However when the uploaded file is merged with the answers from the form, it still can also be found in the onedrive folder apps/Microsoft Forms/..... Howdy Jack, If you have multiple questions you can simply add the logic in scope and then configure it with other questions.

Hey Mate, I assume you are using the "Forms in Excel" SharePoint option. If yes, you can query the Excel file and get the details.

This is the best video out there.
1. I did have an issue with it. It works perfectly when I upload multiple photos, but if I only uploaded 1 photo, the flow fails.
How do I fix this?
2. I have multiple questions that require multiple file uploads. For instance, question #1 requires up to 4 images and question #2 also requires up to 4 images. How do I upload all of them images to the pdf?
3. Once, that is fixed, how do I keep the pictures attached to the question so we know which questions those images are associated with? For instance, question #3 asks Send picture of ABC and the picture follows below in the pdf. Can this be done?

Hey Valeri, Just open a ticket with support@muhimbi.com. If you have multiple questions(with attachments) then you add the actions in the scope and reconfigure the actions with reference to the questions(attachments).
